Jean Liu, MS, RDN, LDN/CDN
Jean (she/her/她) is a Taiwanese-American Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in LA who specializes in eating disorder recovery and body image healing. She supports individuals through a body-liberation lens, integrating Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAESⓇ) frameworks to help people reconnect with food, movement, and body in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Rooted in a trauma-informed and inclusive approach, Jean’s work centers the unique needs of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. She explores how systems of oppression and generational trauma shape our relationships with food and body, offering compassionate care that honors lived experience. As someone with lived experience navigating OCD, disordered eating, and the pressures of athletic culture, Jean brings both clinical insight and deep empathy to her work.
In her 8 years of experience studying and working in the field of eating disorders, Jean has come to understand that healing happens not just clinically, but relationally. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their truest wants and needs with curiosity and care. With both her professional training and compassion, Jean walks alongside clients as they move toward greater self-understanding, embodiment, and acceptance.
